Iv found watering my airpots a bit time consuming and messy in my small tent. so iv got some 25L paint buckets cleaned out,I take my plants outa the tent and place in the buckets,I have a lump of wood I place in there to sit the pot on so it's raised up,I then water pretty quickly, any water leaking outa the holes is caught in the bucket,it goes back in the jug and keep watering that plant if it needs it,if not it's used on the next one

I am with Red eyed here but I actually use a concrete mixing tub from home depot to put 5 plants in at once and water them. It just depends on how large your airpots are. I use 2 gallon ones so 5 fill fit in the tub at once.

I was thinking about using a 5 gallon bucket with water/nutes and dunk the airpots. Let them sit and soak it up a minute.

i like using a kiddy pool and allow the sm/pot to soak up the nute water...

do you guys have a problem loosing medium outa them wholes?

Thanks for the cool idea Red! That sounds great. I'm going to try that from now on.

Hey Smashed! Yes, always a mess with the loose dry stuff coming out of the holes with mine as well. Especially when I shake them a little after a foliar. It rains loose Weed Soil.

do you have the same problem when you soakem 1st Jackal?

I haven't tried the soaking method yet, just hand watering. With airpots they recommend packing the soil in good so it creates a bridge. Never had any mess with soil coming out.

Heard nothing but good feedback from air pots. Their just expensive. Also heard its hard to rip the plants out to reuse when you are done

Phammy its not hard at all. All you have to do is take the plastic screws out and the whole pot just unrolls from the root ball. Simple as can be brother!

was wondering if anyone has done an ebb&flo w/ fabric pots...? i've got like 80 of them and switching to hydro, was wondering if anyone had experience w/ this...
