Outdoor Single plant grow - Mdanzig Sour Spyder

Yea man it always takes alot longer outdoors, looks like another month ? nice looking beauties there mate

Given that this is my first grow, I shall see when she finishes! I was guessing another 20 days but it may well be 30. Although anxious, the longer she takes the bigger the buds.:pass:

My plant has started to show a few yellowing leaves on the interior and I pulled half a dozen leaves thiw morning. It looks to me like she is, at long last deciding to finish. I am very pleased so far, even though I have had issues with thrips. In all my years of growing ornimental plants, and the couple of times I have helped people with their marijuana grow, I have never battled these little bastards! Mites are worse in my opinion, but thrips really suck...the juices out of a plant.

And now I am starting a few more plants and will start a new journal for them. My big question for my second grow is, how do I prevent thrils and mites this next time? I am thinking I will do a few preventative sprays.

Havesting soon.

This image is a couple of days old and I have done a flush. The hairs are turning and the trichomes are milky.

Hey E3

Okay I've had a good bit of experience with bugs. Spidermite infestations that have completely wiped out crops. Fungus Gnats that thoroughly damaged crops. Aphids that thoroughly damaged crops.

The two things that I use on almost every grow as a preventative are

GNAT OFF
If you've ever had any problems with fungus gnats in the past you know they're a son of a bitch. However give the pots one or two waterings with this at the very beginning of the grow cycles and this little bastards will never be able to take a hold at all. I find it's best used this way as a preventative.

SB PLANT INVIGORATOR
.. hands down the best preventative measure for any edible / smokeable fruits and flowers. Not only does it kill bugs dead in their tracks, it's also completely 100% harmless to bees, dogs, humans etc PLUS it's loaded with essential nutrients so it's actually a foliar feed as well. If you haven't heard of this stuff or never bought it, get some TODAY.

LAMINAID THRIP GUARD
If you notice any Thrips or silvering happening on your leaves, use this and it's gone in no time!

Fortefog Fumer
Once your grow is completed consider letting off a Fortefog Fumer or two in the room to kill any left over bugs or eggs that may infest your next grow. Warning though, this stuff is toxic so you want to clear the room of any biological beings before and for several hours after. This is one of the only things that I know of that will wipe out Spider Mites and stubborn Thrips... and any thing else poor enough to be in the room at the time :)

There is some good advice here and I thank you!

Ok harvest now . :vibe:

Is it time you think? Trichomes are milky but the hairs are not drying out much.

I found I had to try at different times from cloudy to amber , I like mine fully cloudy with some amber , for a heavier stone more amber , The good thing is you can harvest to what you like . I also found this is a tricky stage to understand so I just tried at different times to find what [ I ] liked .
