New Grower Seed shipment to United States denied

I am having difficulties getting a seed shipment to the USA. Two different companies would not accept my US order.
New thing? Last years purchases went right through.

Royal Queen and Sensi Seeds.
I usually order from SeedSupreme but they don't take VISA anymore and I can't get the international transfer to go through. Waiting for reply from them to find out if they will ship to me before I go to the bank and try to force that transfer.

Dutch seed banks and some seed banks from Spain will not ship to Canada or United states. There is quite a long line of seed Banks that do send to the states. Seedsman delivers to the United States I am not 100% sure but I think Sweet Seeds does.

Anyone know of a supplier that takes VISA and will ship to the United States? I won't send cash to anyone.

Times have changed with Visa they are the ones behind it they will not deal with seedbanks or breeders.
