Im really confused at the poll here. Its just a bunch of numbers, how do I know which persons post Im voting for? Or do I gotta go back and count out how many posts from the first post the one Id like to vote for is?

Look in the top right corner of a post, there is a post # there. Browse through the thread and pick your winner, mark down the post number.
Go to the poll, look for the post number to vote for, if it is not in the poll on the first page you need to go to the 2nd half of the poll to vote for your choice. I know it is a bit confusing because our poll software that I bought for the previous version of the software leaves much to be desired in the newer version.
