me neither i only do it when plants about to bump light.
give the stem a rub/squeeze between finger thumb, massage maybe an inch of stalk.then squeeze a bit more, listen out for some crunchy noises, then encourage a 90 degree bend, and bingo
it will try and bend back up towards the light, next day give it another bend over.if it snaps/splits/falls in two,a bit of tape/cling film anuthing to wrap round it is good
edit...re reading...day 68 and not much sign of ladybits.have seen a few autos go 120 days its rare, more likely a 1% chance of a photoperiod
if its a photo not much ya can do but throw it out and start agiain
or put it into 12/12.
if its a photo then just lob the top off
losing the top cola on a auto is heartbreaking,on a photo its not that big a deal(if it still has 6-8 weeks of flower.
good luck n keep er lit (or half lit if its a photo)
