New Grower second auto grow mainline experiment

Brilliant thread mate

MIght give this a go with my next two autos!

There will be another update coming Wednesday. I just wasn't able to help myself and topped the auto cheese. I just find a plant easier to work with when topped as far as managing the canopy as well as light penetrative ability.

Hey all, sorry for being a day late with the update. The auto cheese is looking great to my eyes. Topped it last weekend and it's bouncing back great. I can't believe how large the fan leaves are on this thing. I watered yesterday and increased my nutes to the maximum half recommended dosage of 2ml/L. I'm not shying away from the nutrients this time around. Previous watering was at 1ml/L so I'll see how plant handles the increase. If I notice signs of burning or what not then ill give next watering just regular water and back off on the nutes after that. But all in all its doing great. I'm wishing I had planted this one into a 3 gallon. But can always grow another one.
As far as the kush Ryder goes. I gave it a good flush last Sunday and just watered it with regular water yesterday. I guess she must be older then I could remember because she's showing lots of amber trichs. So I'm prepping her to hopefully chop and hang on Monday. As stated before this plant sadly ended up being a failed experiment due to my problem with feeding and screwing up my pH for my grow medium. So it's not much of a yielder. I do however love how easy it is to manage those 4 Colas though. I might attempt this experiment again in the future in a 3 gallon pot and with proper pH and nute levels.
But bud is bud and it still has produced some partially dense and sticky buds. Just not a lot of it lol. But it'll give me a chance to try traditional drying and curing, so there's a silver lining lol. I partially trimmed up the Colas and will finish the trim when I chop her to hang.

Attached are a few pics I took yesterday. The auto cheese was at 22 days old at time of pic. Aside from topping her one only currently removed a few fan leaves and some weaker lower stems. I removed two more large fan leaves yesterday. Some old 3 blade ones. And this weekend in going to remove the two huge 7 blade ones that are showing roughly at 9 and 3 in the pic. There so healthy and huge that there really blocking light to the other stems. I don't want to remove to much to soon so I'm just kind of going to try and remove a couple fan leaves a week. I tried tucking but since km gone two days at a time it was pretty useless lol.
Anyway let me know what you all think of the cheese so far. And also once I chop the kush I'll be starting a new thread for rest of cheese grow. And I'll be sure to put a link to it in here and in my signature if I can remember how.

Hey there, thanks. The frosty plant is Afghan kush Ryder from world of seeds and the auto cheese is from canuk seeds. I Recieved two free auto cheese seeds when I placed my kush order.

I also now have 3 Dutch passion think different seeds that just arrived and also Recieved a amnesia Haze automatic free seed that's also from canuk seeds. And that's a nice little plant you have as well. Like I say, any bud harvested is a success in my books.

But just an FYI. That "super frost" could just be the trichs catching light from my camera flash. But technically that would mean there's still lots of trichs lol

Haha no worries Archie. I think I did ask you back during my first kush Ryder grow if you had grown it before. Can't remember what your answer was lol. But all good. As for the signature thing. I was just saying that I'll try to link to new cheese thread through the signature option later once I make a separate thread for the cheese once I harvest this current kush Ryder.

Great looking quad cola action! I'm looking to do something similar soon. At how many days did you top the plant the 1st time and the 2nd times? and at how many nodes?
