Sati-dom Auto Reg Seeds - where to find them?

Its a shame if it was lost....Zygote had alot of priceless knowledge on here.
Udg closed down awhile back..the auto thread there had more science based info on day neutral plants than I have seen anywhere else....damn shame.

Not only all of Zygote's info, but also other sub-forums that vanished years ago like Krk's High Rise thread.

i was in the hospital for the final days of UDG,and still kick myself that i did not save much of the priceless info over there.

Just ran some of Zygote's GHD m/f seeds. Did reverse a female and made a few C99a x GHD fems to run OD this season.


I am not sure if there is a large enough market for m/f seeds, but one would hope.

Have some Dutch Passion Durban Poison auto m/f seeds, that i keep meaning to get to for reproduction and hitting cultivars like C99a.

Breeder brad of smoke-a-lot seeds godzilla grape#5 is one of the first photo period strains I bred into an auto..back then its was probably the first grape auto ever bred.
Was gonna revisit and rework her this year.

I still have lots of rcmcollective gear in the vault..I gotta bigger room coming soon,
I'll be popping alot of classics. I got alot of nice gear from brad after rcmc shut down.
Tres grape, grapedawg, garberville pk x godzilla grape etc....man,I miss those days.

Magnum x Fire99 F1..I made these awhile back..sativa leaning auto.
I suggest buddha seeds magnum for anyone looking for regular sativa breeding stock.
I'm once again waiting for magnum and fire99 to show sex...
This time Im gonna remake the same cross. But using Fire99 x Magnum male.

Also got Godspeed pollen on deck and close to a hundred females to select from.

Do you guys think there's demand for quality reg auto seeds in the market???

Seems like very few companies make regs these days.

I feel like all these companies making strictly fems are slowing down if not limiting the potential advancment of the autoflower cultivar and autoflower growers in general...

I've been breeding autos for awhile..
Im no closet hack...everyone and there mom has a seed co. Nowadays.
I never really wanted to throw my hat in the game..but I'm seriously considering it.

I would rather empower people and let them make and share seed.
Rather than limit and enslave them into becoming a return customer..or having them result to using cs and sts to make theyre own beans.
Every grower should learn and be able to spot and cull males, its not as scary as most fear.
I understand plant numbers and the ease of fems, but those looking for regs shouldnt have to be searching for answers on a forum...seems like there might be demand?

Mr. Dirt! ... yet another Olde Guard returned to AFN! Full Duplex came back a few years ago, doing magical things since - Check him out in the seed section, Mandalorian genetics... A lot to chew on, but ALF lives on in #5, with a few splits in the line from his rapidly accelerated work a couple years back when he got to work with a local nursery...
I haven't seen Zygote and Phree in a long while, and I missed them when I joined in '13.... A few other originals are around yet.. Rebel, Sniper (less so these days), JM, Krug, Mossy of course,... *(Muddy was killed recently in a freak accident)....
I was at UDG for a bit, and have been at GMC for about 7 months (amazing place, huh!)... Several AFN'ers are there now too,.. just saw your intro thread there...

Anyway, pleasure to meet you mate- ... You, Phree, Zygote and some others were way ahead of your time with auto's for reals!
You make a solid point about auto's, marketing forces, diversity issues and the like,... Some places do offer reg's, Short Stuff (shows well in grows here, solid genetics), uhhh,.. fuck I'm spacing a couple others, might be photo's only too... Some of the Independent breeders may offer reg's upon request,... Certainly most commercial breeders don't want anything but fem's out there, for a variety of reasons but sheer popularity of fem's is at the top, along with the fat price point, right?
There is some demand for reg's though, for the usual reasons aside from breeding as well,... most folks don't want the hassle, and/or don't have the time/space/resources to run many plants and do the culling gig... I admit I'm one of them, photo's too, just can't do reg's due to such restrictions... A shame, I know I'm missing out on a lot of levels!
....breeding fascinates me, and I'd love to learn and try someday,.. working STS as well! I have a few things on hand, now extinct for sure (one-off crosses made for auto parent hunting by others), but want dearly to preserve them... Clone/tents year round are out for me as well sadly,... Top of that list is this Sour Bubble/ChemD' x Alien Og that's F1, 2/2 pheno's had amazing strong floral rose aromatics..heavenly! I asked Lavatera about preserving her as S1, but he said it's unlikely to keep that aroma profile because of the broad parent mix she has, and not worked to any sort of stability (save the Alien OG maybe)...
I have 7 beans left, several years old now so I gotta do something or farm it out to another with skills!
I'd love to see you wade into the Seed Pool, Dirt! ... long time skilled growers who have worked autos as long as any out there are scarce anymore... Our gal Rebel here has just opened up a merchandise and seed shop, featuring indie breeders... Check her out, links in the signature area, and a PM would be good too, she'd be over the moon to help you in this venture!

My heart dropped when I saw muddy passed. Muddy was one of the good ones I looked up to, back in the icmag pre-afn days...sad sad news to say the least.....R.I.P Muddy.
Zy and phreedom where very good to me...great guys, too bad they're not around.
Yeah I'm not sure on the seed co. thing,I was just floating the idea..There's a lot of time and testing envolved, not saying it won't happen..
just to do it right will take awhile...I'm still not sure thats my cup of tea.
I do plan on making new lines this year..completely seperate from my old ones. No Godzilla, no Mothership(auto-m39)..
I will most likely be working 2 lines at once...Caps MAC (miracle alien cookies) and symbiotes Mimosa...pollens in the freezer, potential moms are growing out now. I'm doing it different this time..I always used auto pollen on a female photo in the intial f1 on new auto projects.
I'm doing the opposite this time..My thoughts are we have a shit ton of female photo genes bred into the pool...not so much photo male side of things..
It might be a bit harder to do for a few reasons....but thats the task at hand as of now.
The plan is to also rework godzilla and mothership. Gonna get a thread started at the other spot soon.

Yeah, dammit, I'm still shaking my head about Muddy... Apparently a van he was working on fell off the jacks onto him... WTF right!?
Muddy, JM, and Mr.N were all very good to me when I showed up here on the first floor of the learning curve! I got a lot of help and encouragement from them and the core group of other members I hung out with. It was JM who got me hooked on trouble shooting with other folks with sick plants, now it's been my main job here to run the Infirmary for the last 5 years!

Wow you two guys have a treasure trove of the old RCMC goods! Cres' auto's were among the fist I grew, did better than most all the others and were ahead of their time IMO, looking back... Potency, speed, stability, unique terpene profiles ........ Too bad I missed your works, I'da killed for a grapey auto!
Gaberville PK x Godzilla Grape, that is most enticing, and betting it's fast and mold resistant? (tell me you're repro'ing it, maybe even fem's?)... The name makes me smile, I went to college at HSU in the mid '80's.... Man, how I wish I had some of those genetics now! A friend's Dad was part of a grow co-op in those days, and the burly frosted delicious Indica crosses we'd get were like nothing I've seen in decades.... *sigh* ...

Sounds like some excellent stuff in the works now Dirt,... Haven't had the pleasure of sampling MAC, though I see the name going around like wildfire. Mimosa interests me as well, in fact I'm running Female's Mimosa Champagne this year outside!
Have you any interest in SSSC? They have re-emerged fairly recently, some old school stuff and delving into newer crosses as well, they even have an auto Creeper now. That I'm testing in the tent currently, along with Mephisto's Livers bx. I just started a thread in the Prescription Blend nutrients section to test out this new company as well...
The Outdoor season starts soon! I'm trying KIS Organics Nutrient pack this year, got the soil mixed up yesterday and letting it cook for a bit...
Next season I hope to be running some very interesting things from GMC! What a treasure trove that place is for info, genetics, etc.,...
