All my Dinafem seeds germinated, so I have one each of Quick Kush and Quick Critical in the bubbler, and other two in Rockwool as I’m unsure if they will be hydro or go into Autopots at this time.
Ocean Grown Cookies is on the fence as well, I’ll see where I have room so into rock wool she goes too.

Ocean Grown Cookies. I pulled her out of the rapid rooter accidentally a couple days ago and almost discarded her, changed my mind and wedged the root back in. She kept on going so she seems good even with that odd root.

Now to keep them going and thriving, I’m not big on rockwool but it’s versatile for the current situation so fingers crossed.

Week 2 Dinafem battle
Quick strain Quick Kush topped, in 2X3 propagation tent under Mars Hydro Reflector 48 on veg mode
Dinafem Ocean Grown Cookies topped and happy, feeding Greenleaf MegaCrop, Sweet Candy and CalMag Pro. RockWool was put into the bubblers tonight. Not a fan of RW, too much algae to deal with but I was out of room in the bubblers at the time. I'll give them a shot of enzyme tomorrow so it can nom nom the algae.
Quick Kush topped, brown stuff is tea that was in the line when I installed the dripper tonight. Looks like poo, probably is :smoking

Week 3 update
I did other updates but didn’t do Dinafem, at least I don’t think I did.
So here are the gals :smoking:
First up are the gals I need to decide on, so I did and I will. This Ocean Grown Cookies is going into DWC tomorrow when a bucket is freed up.
Quick Kush [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG] and Quick Critical [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG] will be going into AutoPots tomorrow as well. It’s interesting that they are in a bubbler yet they stay much smaller than the gals in the same size reservoir bucket. Maybe they know they are sharing root space?
Quick Critical [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] is taking off since transplant
But not like this gal, growing like a weed; Quick Kush [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG]. I dig this girl :smoking:
Week 4 update Dinafem
The Quick Kush that won’t stop, and I’m not complaining. She is 35 days, topped once and trained so she is two feet wide and a foot and a half tall now. I’ll keep vegging her see if I can get a monster going. Can’t see her not being my battle plant. Next week I will declare officially!
Quick Critical in an AutoPot, bit slower than the Kush but she should take off soon

My battle gal is going to be Quick Kush [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG],
Although the Quick Critical is really catching up to.
QK#1 has been moved to my 2x4 and flipped to 12/12. She is taking up all her room in there.
Quick Critical [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] is catching up, she will be flipped to flower soon enough.
Dinafem week 6 update
Hard to pick one picture so update one first and added another.
Quick Kush [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] could use a 3x3 space just for herself, I think mainlining plants in this tent could be a thing to try. I’ve been defoliating and she just keeps going nuts

Plant bounced back after a good defoliation, and transitioning nice into flowering. I will feed her some transition nutes, and next feeding of nutes should be an early flowering mix. In between feedings she gets a mix of Sweet Candy, CalMag and a humic & fulvic acid mix. I could probably cut out the SC and CalMag and just do the acids and sometimes B vitamin. I also have a fresh batch of Heisenberg tea ready tonight so that always makes the girls glow

Dinafem week 8 update
Quick Kush is a breeze, flowering very nicely at day 21 now.
Bonus pic, this strain has been easy to clone and very aggressive with the roots.
@faded187 adding my Quick Critical, does yours have this saw blade leaf? Might help ID your gal.

Dinafem battle very sad and last update, my prize girl hermied out and had to be culled. I am really upset about it as she was doing so well and was getting nice and fat. You know all too well the issues I've been having and it's messing with my chi. Lucks gotta change sometime eh? Don't know what to do other than to keep growing less, and hope maybe *next* time it's better
