I’ve never had one but I’ve been there when others have. I don’t care who you are, you’re very vulnerable on any psychedelic. You’re a good friend, that story kind of made my day. Some real life good deeds.

I've had a couple myself and I got support from other high people except one I was alone! I must have told her once. She knows that my youth was hippie drug culture, and we are both mental health professionals, so she made the right call.

Jeeze- I just realized that I am now that old man who tells stories to the youth of today...time marches on.

I have continued to eat a gram of Lion's Mane extract almost every day, and decided to take the microdose psilocybin with niacin less frequently, perhaps 6x per month.

Today I added another shroom, one gram of Cordycepts-M extract. It took about an hour until I noticed that I had the focus and energy of a strong coffee except no jitters and it is lasting well over 9 hours so far. It actually reminds me a bit of low dose Cylert or Ritalin, but nice and clean.

This is not going to be a daily mushroom. Next time I will take it early with a cup of decaf on days that I need to work extra hard and long, and I will put a few caps in my bugout bag too...chances are I'd need them.

I finally got around to starting my cultures. These are 3 days old. One is from MS syringe and the other is from an old plate that was like 4 months old with some plate pins all over it. So I will be transferring the ms once or twice. But the plate from the old one is goin straight to grain in probably another 3-4 days. These are just two of the plates I have 6 total.

Good luck Mustang92, love to try again to grow mushrooms. I tired to grow some active wild mushrooms, haha worked till i got them outside ( Subs like it cool), and they dried out or get too wet. I may try it again sometime but with eatables as well as actives
