P.S...that should be a couple teaspoons of cayenne, not tablespoons on the pig candy. Brain fart...sorry.

Pig candy also works well alongside those ribs, briskits, and pork shoulders in the backyard smoker as a snack while waiting for the main course to finish. :smoking:

SHe's a beast! Do you think you'll do that large of a container again? Indoors, I mean.

Not sure.. it's definitely a good way to turn a 70 day strain into a 110 day strain
