New Grower Ready or not?

Hey guys so I’m nearing harvest, all plants are at slightly different stages, they were planted on the 4th of feb, 1 plant is much more further along than the other 4. I’m attaching so pictures so you could maybe give me a rough idea of when you think this will be ready to harvest?

It would really help to harvest 1 plant as my tent is getting rather quite crowded with 5 plants and removing one would increase the light penetration for the others.

The only thing that concerns me is the buds lower down, look like they still have a realllyyyy long way to go, but maybe I only the top ones will be the way they are?

I’ve read that once the fan leaves start to die the plants ready... so this has kind of started happening, but I’ve also read that 50% of the pistols should be orange before harvesting, and the higher ones are and lowest ones almost on the way, but some of the lower inner buds are still growing new pistols etc.

This is my first grow so any tips, tricks, and advice welcome.

killing one will be a big help to the remaining 4,so what if you cutting a tad early.or could lob the top half off.

They are looking good, 4th one down looks close to me. I look for milky/amber trichomes, dying leaves, orange/red/dead pistils and slowing of water uptake. Stick a fork in it, she's done!

Do you have any suggestions for when you think the full plant would be ready? If I remove it will it make all the others grow quicker and better? I need a kind of estimation on how many more weeks/days.

just an eejits view but i think you in for a bumper harvest either way.i would kill one now even if its early,others will be 2+ weeks and will reward you plenty.this way gives you an early smoke.
