Hey Fellas,

Some of this information will be repetitive from previous posts. Because I am new, I have various information about my first "real" grow strung-out through AFN. This is an effort to consolidate this...

Please provide any and all input observed....

PROJECT GREEN THUMB:

03/05/16

Equipment:

1000W digital / 4x4x7. MH blue through Veg., then HPS yellow through flowering. 600W until Veg.
DARK corner of basement 65 deg. with 45% humidity (actually located on the dark side of the Moon)
RO w/reservoir
Ocean Forest Soil
General Hydroponics Flora Series & Kool Bloom (no nutes until veg starts; then progress from 1/8)
CalMag / Ph Up / Ph Down
Germination/Nursery Station with T5 24 Watt 6500 deg. Blue. Plastic trey with dome. Kept here until first leaves appear, then to tent.

Crop Round 1 (start germ. 03/05/16):

Shot Adrenealine - Samsura Seeds x1 (HAS NOT POPPED
Supersonic Cristal Storm - Samsura Seeds x1 (HAS NOT POPPED)
Tutankhamon - Pyramid Seeds x1 (Seedling in tent)
Big Low - Seeds of Life x1 (Seedling in tent)
Six Shooter - Fast Buds - x2 (Both seedlings in tent)
Green-o-Matic - Green House x1 (Seedling in tent)

Blue Dream re-harvest from friend for trial (photoperiod) (he told me they would be clones)
Blue Diamond re-harvest from freind for trial (photoperiod) (he told me they would be clones)

Crop Round 2 (start germ. 03/11/16) (replace Adrenaline & Cristal Storm fails):

Shot Adrenealine - Samsura Seeds x2 (Has not popped)
Supersonic Cristal Storm - Samsura Seeds x1 (Has not popped)
Tutankhamon - Pyramid Seeds x1 (Has not popped)

**UPDATE** **PHOTOS**

03/15/15

• Six Shooter #1 was injured during transplant from trey to pot/tent. Tap root fell off. (It was my wife's fault).....)
• Ph on all pots/soil 6.3-6.5
• Had to folio feed one of the re-veg plants. Early signs of nute deficiency. She did not like flush-feeding time.
• Original Shot Adrenaline and Supersonic Cristal Storm still have not popped.
• 03/14/16: Going against AFN advise, I have turned up the ballast to 1000 Watts (seedlings). Heavy influence from photoperiod friends.
• 03/15/16: Added 2x 40W CFLs.

Do you think I am too deep? I plan on flowering the photo/test plants early. When I was reading I saw it was common to put 9 autos in a 4x4?

Installed small room humidifier to increase humidity for young plants.

First Round of Germination Fails:

• Samsara Seeds - Shot Adrenaline
• Samsara Seeds - Supersonic Cristal Storm
• Samsara Seeds - Supersonic Cristal Storm

Green-o-Matic does not look good. "Considering" a little root help? Not sure what to do, or if there is anything I can do.

NEW GIRLS

I put two more seeds into germination:

• Seeds of Life - Big Low
• Promo Seed - Blueberry (For new desktop lamp I purchased)

Apparently my buddy that gave me the clones/re-veg plants feeds the crap out of his plants. They start to complain if they go one day without and never show signs of being completely satisfied; MORE, MORE, MORE!!!!! or, Is this normal?

Do you think I am too deep? I plan on flowering the photo/test plants early. When I was reading I saw it was common to put 9 autos in a 4x4?

9 autos in a 4x4 will be tight but it can be done,check the growth characteristics of the plant then decide how much aggravation you are willing to put up with,remember about rotating,watering,any maintenance and airflow, light penetration.i open grow so this takes a lot of the tent headaches away,I grow 6 per 600 watt light in a 4x4 footprint but can adjust when needed..peace

What's up Brother, I added a 48"x30"x60" tent with 250W HID and x2 40W CFL last night. I cleared space by putting the clones in there. I had the Ballast and the CFLs. I am going to flower them early, then I will have extra space. I got it cheap off Amazon and wanted an extra for various reason any way; like this. Thanks for listening while I convice myself it was o.k. to spend ANOTHER $85.
