Indoor Prism Lighting Science CMH Test grow - 2018

Ok. Seems im in right place now.
Apologies to all.

Recieved and installed the light yesterday. Been going about 20 hours now.

Very clean boxing
The outer box had a few corner dings that had me a bit worried about package mishandled
But when i opened outer box i was very pleased
Everything was packed nice and neat separate boxes with foam packing.
No lables on any box.
The ballast has an image on box. An illuminati type image thats pretty cool. But nothing to throw a flag about being a grow light. Big plus.

looks great love that logo design:pass:

I am interested in stepping my 3x3 with 4x50w cob led up to a 4x4. I like the idea of two different light sources, but have one big question- are the ballasts magnetic? Can't have them here not friendly.

Niiiiiice, I've been checking out CMH lights these last couple of days and noticed that there aren't a lot of people doing CMH on AFN, so this thread is a god-send :smoking::nicethread:.
Is anyone gonna run the lights in a 4x4 tent? Would be really interested in that.

Subbed :smoker1:.

What size tent you got db? I too am running 600w HPS and would love to see how the 315 CMH pairs up against it:tang:. You really think that the CMH light will replace your 600W HPS yield-wise?

my tent size is 31.5″ x 59″ x 70.8″ tall its a kind of a over sized 2x4 grow tent

not sure it will be as powerful as the 600w hps in penetration power but it makes up in better spectrum and less power consumption as for heat not sure I still have not got mine yet so its all just my opinions right now

here is a pic of my tent with the 600w hps from lat week

I already asked a fellow grower this but I figured it's a good question for the test thread as well. I had asked if he knew what the best temp and humidity is for growing under CMH. He suggested the same as HPS lighting. I have grown with leds since the beginning so this is important info for myself and anyone else looking to switch over. Anyone else of the same opinion or other?

I think dialed in temps and rh are always the same for growing canna, regardless of the light source.

Really happy with shipping speed and carrier tracking. The overall package arrived in excellent condition and after opening saw that all the other packages inside were in the same condition.
I opened all the boxes and packages and found all the parts and equipment is in excellent condition as well. I will be hanging the system tomorrow and completing a startup control sheet so I will have a reference to compare future data. :yeah::thanks: "Grower's House" "Prism Lighting Science" and "The AutoFlower Network" for this opportunity.
