Greetings! I have a series of questions I hope I can have answered. I am going to commencing a closet grow when my autos arrive in the next ten days or so. In the meantime I need to tackle some environmental aspects to my growspace. I live in a place where winters are cold and dry, at times reaching temperatures of -40f. Central heating can only do so much, I am worried my grow space will be too cold, roughly 60 degrees or so. Is it unorthodox to put a heater in with a plant or plants? Also, is it unorthodox to use a humidifier to increase moisture content in the air with it being such a dry time of the year? I have a hygrometer/thermometer on its way, so I will be able to access the atmosphere of my space. I should of prefaced, my grow space is just a bedroom closet, Im utilizing the lower half, rough 4x2x4. Im looking into to wrapping dome mylar on the walls. My lighsource will be an LED panel, so there I will be losing heat emission in the lighting arena too. So, there is the scoop. I don't want to be hurting and stunting growth with low temps and dry air. I am new to all of this and I saw that as one of my first obstacles. Look forward to some feedback!
