Plants never smell at all?

Are you sure plywood ect off gasses? I've seen grow rooms and cabs with exposed plywood and particle board that perform just fine. Here's an example,

I've known about this long before growing due to my dad being in construction, but it was only abnout a year ago I discovered that it can be the cause (not always) of sick-groom syndrome. Personally, I wouldn't have plywood or MDF in my house because of human health, and since the girls are treated better than I am it's a no no for my groom.

Apparently PVC is also bad hence why some of the earlier tents made with it killed entire grows.

Lol not yet mate theres still time! I can my tell you've had similar problems from that comment! :-s Yea I did have that idea that's why I laquered it but that could be bad for them 2 could it be silicone sealent that's giving something nasty off? I've got plastic door panel that I can line the room with and seal the wood off but I just seem to be going round in circles! I don't use wetting agents no I just kept it simple on this grow thinking that I've been over doing stuff but I know I didn't ime just trying to change everything from my previous grows like nutes medium ect but nothing seems to help. I think I mite give my mate 1 and see wot happens then I will know I've got a problem with my room or water. If it still doesent work Ile just kill myself and be done with! Lol jokeing or am I!

Assuming the nutes are fine and there's no weird pathogen at your house that somehow affects smell (never heard of that before) then I'd bet soime seeds that it's water or groom materials.

And yeah it's safe to say that I've had the odd bit of mysterious dfifficulty along the way and I've only thrown about four things at the wall so far.. which I think's pretty good going


Winds you up doesn't it Jeff.. but you seem highly intelligent so it won't be long before you've cracked this.

Alrite my fellow tokers! Just a quick update on the state of my girls the one I sent off to my mates I haven't checked on yet but he reckons it's doing ok still not smelly tho. The one I kept in dwc is doing ok but still no smell even tho it's realy frosty! Ile put a pic up later to show you, how it doesent reek I dont know it's covered in crystals! Oh and woz wondering if I can use bottled mineral water for my plants instead of tap? Do the minerals in the water harm plants? Ime sure ive read that it's not to good but just wondered if anyone has ever used it? If its ok to use i will know its not my water then I can start eliminating other things I've ordered a tent aswel so they will be moved into that next week when it's turns up! Hopefully all of this will have a possitive effect on my buds! Jeff.
