Grow Mediums occassional top hand watering as a best practice with autopots

I like fabric pots and wanted to use those.. they have that smart pot xl I just think it’s too big so I was gonna get it and Sit my own fabric pots in it? I haven’t used any autopots yet but if I’m understanding how they work, then that should be ok? They have 5 g smartpots that come with it and 4 of those would just be too much I think. But 2g seems doable?
Keep this in mind, any water exposed to light in the XL tray will be subject to algae growth. I have used square 3 gallon fabric pots in the 15 liter trays with no problems as they fill the tray. I used 1 gallon pots in the same trays, but had to cover the exposed tray. I have a 3x3x5.5 and four 15l autopots can be a challenge during flower. I would never try more that two of the 25 liters in there.

Can someone please give me some advice, I'll be using cana coco pebble mix and 2 inches of pebbles at the bottom of the pots, I'll be putting some cuttings into the autopots once rooted. How much do I top feed them to get them established after transplanting and what with rhizotonic and pH water?? And like how wet do I need to make the pots in the week or so of feedingm cheers guys
