No pollen yet - howcum?

Nice haul! If that pollen is viable you won't need to save 1 or 2 seeds for reversing there is enough pollen in the picture to make a couple hundred seeds.
It only takes 1 of those little specks of pollen per white hair to make a seed!
Good luck!!

thanks! I mean saving the SOS NL seeds to spray with CS assuming its good pollen. To make more in the future.

rather than using Skunk X NL hybrid seeds to make pollen.

and nice. That one guy sells sts spray for cheap. thats very reasonable.

I truly believe it's best to start with C/S.
I was making my own C/S it was a good learning experience and teaches you that sometimes you won't get viable pollen.
But everything that I have reversed so far with STS has given me lots of pollen and so far all plants have given me seeds. :yay:
I have 2 reversed that Just started dropping pollen so I will know in a few weeks if I'm still at 100% for viable pollen once I pollenate my receiving plants!

plus its non-toxic!

Looks like I got time to do one more reversal before summer time grows.

Gonna do ChemP Auto.

Chem D X ( Quattro Kush x OG Kush Auto) from Ethos.

I got a handful of seeds that this pollen would work well on. Likely self itself as well.
Fingers crossed. Might try STS on this. Cant buy these seeds anywhere.

Here is my night queen clone, from yesterday, day 10 of CS spraying.

Fingers crossed I get some sacks!

The #1 reason I started making my own!

Yah sucks i cant really pheno hunt until I find something worthy of the time. limited count.
Its all just practice till then.
Plus I can give my friends seeds for free - and get reviews on it.
Win win.

Guess not many people are out there making reversed autos. Feels like there is just a few of us.

@ob1 - when you used CS. Did you spray until it started to drop pollen, or until sacks started forming? I kind of suspect the CS stunts the plant alot and its better to stop when sacks form.

Also is it true alot of reversed autos are mostly a mix of both parents (flavor wise). Dont dont too many old traits coming out? Was told if you want to get an idea of what a reversal will be like. Just smoke a mixed bowl of the two parents.

FWIW, I sprayed my reversed plant until the balls were well formed, and then stopped. Next time around, I will continue until I see pollen. The pollen I got was viable, but not a lot of it. I am thinking that pollen production might benefit from CS application for longer than I did it. Just my thinking so far, I have no data or experience to add.

One thing I noted from my reversal is that although the plant produced huge numbers of balls, not a single leaf suffered the distortion shown in your photos. I wonder whether this is because of the concentration of the spray solution. Mine was homemade, and the process was continued just long enough to get saturated concentration of colloidal silver, it was not continued after that. Continuing longer, or with too high a current would produce large silver particles, not colloidal ones, and I wonder if it is the excess large silver particles that sometimes distorts leaf growth.

At any rate, I got full reversal, and no leaf distortion with my homemade solution.
