New Grower New to forum, first grow journal of first ever grow!

Once or twice a week is loads, you could upload day 8 9 and 10 together as one post?

well alrighty then, I will just post updates every other day or so then, after tonight of course.

day 8 progress shot! its getting massive,lol. rh 32% , temp 26c.
I tirned my room heater down to 21 degrees, i figure that shouold lower it to around 23 in the tent. im thinking that 26 degrees might be just a little to warm right now. but i could be wrong. i have given up trying to raise the humidity at this point. i have a soaking wet hand towel in the tent to try and raise rh but it just doesnt seem to help at all. ill just have to wait until plant starts evaporating more water. but as far as i can tell the plant doesnt seem to be suffering at all so ill just let it do its thing. temps are still pretty cool here where i am in canada, but its warming up by the week so should slowly start getting higher humidity in the air. soil is drying out pretty good, pot is feeling pretty light. when i dig into the top soil it is still cool and slightly moist, but nothing that leave any moisture on my finger or anything. im guessing i should just give a very light watering still at this point? im still a little confused as to when i can give it a full soaking with runoff.

Oh also, when posting dated progress pics do people date the growth from the day they planted seed or from when the seed actually popped the soil? ive been dating my growth from when i planted the seed in the soil.

Date popped out the ground is normal, germination for me takes from 2 days to 5 days so far.

well hello again to everyone whos checking this grow out, today is day 8 of my first grow. posting up a progress pic.
could anyone help me out and let me know if this growth is looking good for day 8? i cant help but think that it might be growing a little slow? everything appears healthy so far. temps in my tent have been constant at around 24c, rh steady at around 35%, ibe been giving light waterings when needed.

when should i start doing 1/4 strength nute feeding? i have sensi grow ph perfect A+B. bottle basically says i can use from seedling. but other things ive been reading are varying wildly. one source i read said you can start feeding at day 10, but then it also says to wait until 4th set of leaves appear. a little confused here.

With 3 gallons of soil you won't be feeding for a while yet. It's best just to watch for the plant to start to look a little bit pale green or show some deficiencies. But I wouldn't expect to feed for 2 or 3 weeks.

By the way that's a very healthy and happy looking day 8 plant!

Thank you for the good advice, I was debating weather to start giving light nutes next watering, but I'll listen to the more experienced guys and wait a bit.
And thanks for the kind words on health of plant. Makes me know everything is going properly. I don't know what I've done that it's looking so strong. But I'm happy it's doing well. To be honest a lot of pics I see the plants look lighter green, so I was actually starting to worry because I read dark green can mean to hot a soil. I'll continue to give growth progress pics every couple days. I'm sure with those you kind people will be able to give me nute advice and such when time is ready. Until then I'll just stick to regular water. I guess the tap water in my city must be a decent pH. I don't have pH tester so just been watering blind. Only thing I do is let the water sit a couple days to evaporate off any possible chemicals. I'm looking forward to trying out my sensi grow nutes. They were expensive so hoping there good!
See you all in a couple days!

So quick question. Is the first set of actual leaves considered the first "true" node?
And if so that would mean that I know have two nodes on my plant, correct?.
