Most important tip is to be patient. Don't water unless top soil is at least relatively dry. Around an inch or so. Once they grow up, you'll have plenty of chance to water them, I promise! If u can resist the urge to overwater, u will be rewarded with good root formation that can lead to a big healthy high yielding plant!
I face the opposite from you with high humidity. But you need high humidity during seedling stage. Try putting a wide surfaced bowl of water close to your seedling? Or a moist towel? Or a dome over them to keep moisture in? Last resort that costs more $ will be a humidifier.
Lights will need observation on your part. But for 1 plant, it seems u have more than enough lights. You dont need to worry if a certain plant likes this height but the other one is stressed out. You will be able to tell by how the leaves react and whether they are stretching too tall with node spacing. Really up to you to control, to a certain extent cos genetics play a part.
@Taipan has a tap water grow and the plant looks amazing! Go check his grow out and u will learn something for sure. I know i did!
Lastly, i am a newb just trying to help another newb out. I might not be qualified but my intentions are sincere. Hope you are cool with it bro!

Hey man all good, I welcome any feedback new grower old grower, we all started somewhere. I did give my plant just over a litre of water, but there was zero runoff and it wasn't enough to soak all the soil in the pot. The top soil was quite dry, so thought I'd give a little water. If anything it'll help boost the humidity. I also cranked up my house humidifying system so it will bring things up for sure. I have a few paper towels that I keep moist inside tent to help with humidity as well. The plant appears to be growing decently from what I can tell. As far as watering goes I won't have issues with watering schedule once plant grows a little more, as I've always let all my house plants dry out before feeding. I was just getting a little anxious since it's such a young seedling. I didn't want to over water, but also didn't want to underwater. So hopefully I struck a good balance giving it a light watering. I'll check on it this morning.
I'll be sure to check out that grow you mention.
And thanks again for the kind information.
