New to the growing community and excited to make my own medicine now! But I need help and am looking for any and all knowledge you veterans have. I currently have a 27x27x63 inch tent with a full spectrum king led plus 600w light. Along with a 4inch carbon filter setup. I’m planning to get a few fast buds auto seeds ! Are these a reputable brand ? Or should I steer somewhere else?
Also needing help with soil options ? (Budget friendly) fabric pots ? 5 gallon 3 Gallon?
I’d love to have 3 autoflower in my tent if that’s possible !
Thanks for any help you guys throw my way, much appreciated !

hello my friend very nice to meet you yes fast buds are reputable also 3 maybe a push i grow 4 plants in a 4x4 grow tent id maybe go with 2 small strains

3 gallon fabric pots are fine.

Fastbuds has a good rep, I wouldn't worry running their gear. Make sure you get seeds from somewhere they send them in the breeders packaging.

You might fit up to 4 of the small strains in 4 sq feet, obviously bigger strains = fewer plants, and I've had several that would easily fill that whole space.

Thank you for your reply ! So I should buy my seeds from a different distributor ? Or just straight from fast buds ? And good to hear! Glad I’ll
Be able to sprout 3 autos in my tent

If you have the option of going direct to the breeder, do it.
That was my gut feeling ! Wasn’t sure though in this industry haha!
Thoughts on basic soil ? I plan on using a trio from fox farm or the general hydro floragrow. What would you guys suggest ? I’m looking for something pretty simple.. not complex or crazy expensive starting out.

What do you call crazy expensive what's your budget

I’m a budget guy ! So what’s just the average bag of soil you’d run for your first auto-grow! I’ve heard a few names tossed around like
Happy frog and bio mix possibly ? Wondering what would be easiest.
Also can I go from seedling to harvest in one 3 Gallon fabric pot ? Or will that play a role in a lower yield ?

Get good soil, spending $ on good genetics is important, but so is good lighting, nutrition, and soil. Don't offset the good stuff with poor quality stuff.
I'd stay away from fox farms soils, their quality control has been...well shitty.
Dr earth, black gold, many good choices out there.
