I think 2 cobs would work for your space . Maybe 4 if you wanted max lighting. But you are looking at around 500 bucks for 4 if you went auto cobs from bigsmo Buying the cobs driver and heatsinks separate would be half as much and you would have to build the light your self . I really think for your size grow led bulbs would work great. 4 100w equivalent bulbs put out about the same light as cobs running 50w .and you will spend 1/4 the cash. Just keep reading and find what you like best . Good luck on your adventure buddy .

Ok thankyou! How many cob lights would I need for my space? Stupid question but they for replacing the hps or use them along side?

Normally I use one cob for one plant. You would use them on their own. Mine run around the clock. I'm testing two plants with two cobs each and that is a little too much light for my Afghan Kush Ryder and ah hell, I can't remember the other strain at the moment. FYI: Cobs are very bright.
