Well, I’d like to tell you I know what’s wrong but I can’t (I’m new). However, those that do know will want to know what pH you are feeding and likely an EC measurement or ppm. Do you have a way to measure the pH of your medium? To me, if you are following a nute schedule but your plants had a rough start and were stunted, the feed schedule goes out the door because your plants are technically underdeveloped. If they got locked out, you may be seeing the result and giving them higher doses of nutes will make it worse. Take it for what it’s worth but those are my newbie thoughts (I have stunted plants from underwatering and they are behind in development, so I check my feed concentration on every feed and increase gradually). Best of luck! Any thoughts @Mañ'O'Green @Waira @namvet25

You might want to post in the infirmary. What is the temp and humidity?
