Lighting Move over bad boy!!!

It's been my experience that red light makes for tighter nodes and blue light gets you longer node space i use hps and 2700 cfls and never have a stretch problem......

I'm thinking specifically with photos...there are obviously drastic differences with autos, so I'm not saying it's a 100% rule across the board, but MH for example creates much tighter nodes and can be positioned closer to a young plant, therefore it's used in veg. Once a plant gets flipped to 12/12, the stretch start and most growers switch to HPS...compared to CFL or other forms of MH, HPS creates more of a pre-flower stretch than other spectrum. All of this is repeated knowledge, I don't have enough grows to verify, but this is what I've discovered on the internet and in books.

Check out that bad boy Namvet you are gona kick ass with that mate i was thinking of getting the 4 bulb for my grow to hang vertical are they worth it or is the 4bulb shit?

The light came with 6500ks but I will order four hortilux 3000k flowerbulbs and have a half and half mix for flowering.

I got the light on ebay for 175.00 and another thirty bucks off if you apply for there credit card. It came with 6500k lights, pelham race horse ballast with 5 year warranty, German miro reflectors, and free shipping. I really don't know how it compares to a hps, but I don't have the means to use the hotter hps so these fit ny needs perfect.

I think for side lighting a four light would work great.:smokebuds:It still would put out 20,000 lum for a four foot .
