Indoor Micron Auto Tao / Berry Ryder Day 38. Help / Advice please ............

Don't give up on the autos and just do a lot more research on them..... go to Google and type how to maximize yields of autos.... there is a lot of info there on the issue and some directly address the life cycle and feeding schedule of autos..... I read one yesterday that stated NO flower nutes period til week 7 or so bc they can stop veg growth and immediately induce flowering and plant will put it's energy there and decrease yield ........ good luck man

Thank you so much Atrain, looks like something trigger them to stop veg. and start flowering since day 35. i feed them only organic ..... and was really mild do ...... i guess i learn the lesson, i just really would like to know what did i do wrong to make them stop veg so early ... so i dont make the same mistake agein ;)
They are definitively in the flowering process right now, unfortunatley they are only 18 cm and 9 cm each, and looks like they have stopped growing, for more then 8 days already ....., i m not going to kill them, im just going to leaven them under the sun with a natural 12/12 light cycle ( im in Mexico near Cancun ) and let them be ......
Ill post an updated pic in a few days from now.
So i guess it was the feeding wich induce them to flower so early then ? eaven if it was just boiled banana skin and some molasses/organic honey ?
Thank for your time and help !!

Here's a little check list for ya and myself?

1)what type of soil, organic, no nutrients added?
The reason I ask is it looks real woody, and what you wanted was perlite or pumice not vermiculite......

2)PH of soil or run off.

3)what water source are you using.

4)how odten do you water, by weight or feel?

5)Whats the distance of your light from the canopy.

Might need some molasses and epsom salt cal/mag but all in all I'd say your soil is a big problem.

GoAuto, do you have the link for muddy grow schedule for autos? I think that would be a must read for bird.

Bird, how are you doing friend? Welcome to afn. If we can get the link up for tyre life cycle of auto flowers, that is a must read.

Your 12/12 light incident is not why you are plants are small. Check out goautos check list, read muddys autoflower life cycle thread, there's good info when to start flower nutes. Finish out this grow, plant some more, show us pictures :) :niceshot: good luck

Tang schedule is with pro-mix or coco It's a tailor'd feeding system that needs to be followed close...From start to finish... so keep it in mind for your next grow.

I hear you , put it seems to be working real good for me as a starting point and I am growing in soil , I think some times us new blokes just need a guide then take it from there , what I have found is having things on hand as in cal/mag which I now have 2 of ,5.2.0.0 and 2.0.0 as I did not know the difference , now I do , 1 for veg and 1 for flower , to start off we don't need a lot of the fancy stuff - a grow - a flower - cal/ mag - ph up - ph down - ph meter - the problem is thinking we can get the grows like you guys do , We can't - but we will in time , Birdu2 the advice I would give to you is take on board what these guys are telling you and make things simple and do not expect to grow like them , and spend a lot of hours reading here on AFN as there is a hell of a lot of info here , I am still finding things , the joy in growing is always the next grow as in each one is better , so do not loss heart you are doing fine , and mate you are going to have some nice home grown smoke .

Hey ! Thank you so much guys for all your time and help !!! it feels so nice to know there's people like you willing to help :)

GoAuto6
Unfortunatley, where i live, its impossible to find any kind of soil mix, perlite, pumice. So i used what i can get here .... Vermiculite

was the only thing the i coud find here, and i read somewhere that it was ok to use as replacement of perlite .....

I use some regular soil from wallmart and some from a regular "flower / plants " shop, wich has more organic things like thoses

little wood stick things plus dry leaves. So i mixed like 50 % of the soil from wallmart plues 20% organic soil, 30% vermiculite and

some humus and goat manure. Im uploading the pics of what i have used.

I did my home work before i started to germinated them, i guess i need to read more ....

The lights where pretty close, like 10 cm distance, i water them by feeling the soil and also by weight, i use bottle water from the

supermarket. I dont have a PH mater, thats why im using soil, i have ready its more forgiven ....

On my next try i will use just soil from wallmart only. And just feed them with plain water ...... also was something the i read, just

keep in it simple ...... what do you think ?

I will defenetley give a read to that link and that section of AFN for sure !
