Hello everyone!

I had a quick question for anyone who has ran Remo's Supercharge with Mephisto seeds (Chemdogging/Northern Cheese Haze) and Recharge. It'll be in a 4x4, under a HLG 550 Rspec, in 3 or 5 gallon airpots, or smart pots (open to hear suggestions on either). I believe I'm running it in Royal Gold Coco and perlite (recommended by cocoforcanabis.com).

So the general rule of thumb I seem see is go easy on Nutrients with autos. Just curious what PPM you guys found worked well with these strains if anyone has ran a similar setup? I see on Remos site they suggest PPMs for soil/coco and the straight Hydro/DWC I believe. Did anyone find running PPMs close to or at the suggested coco PPMs or closer to hydro or even less PPMs (plan to grab a Bluelab PH and EC/PPM meters)? I plan to keep a grow journal. That's my next thing to do, find some good examples on how to track my grow.

This is my 1st time growing so trying to be some what cautious with the PPM because....well I dont know what I'm doing yet lol. (I'm in prohibition-land and no one to ask). Lastly I see people may run Nature's Candy thru veg, and all the way thru the 1st full week of flushing when ran with microbes (in Q/A section of Remo's site). Is Recharge a microbe that would benefit Nature Candys thru veg and 1st week of flushing?

Sorry for so many dumb noob questions, and thank u for any and all help I get!

Thanks!

Keep in mind that this chart is based on photo period grows. For autos, but the numbers in half. I've never gone over 85 ppms with autos. As far as recharge goes, if I were you, I'd read up on the product and what it does. Microbes work with any bottled nute line. You will want to reduce the remo nute dosage by 50% when using recharge as well.

Seedlings: 100-250 (nutrients aren't needed here, hence there's not a lot of particles needed)

First Half of Vegging Cycle: 300-400 (this is usually after you transplant, which still doesn't require many nutrients)

Second Half of Vegging: 450-700 (you'll start giving your plants more nutrients at this stage)

First Half of Flowering: 750-950 (your plants will be eating more as they grow, so they'll be taking in more nutrients)

Second Half of Flowering: 1000-1600 (this is when your plant's eating the most, especially if you give it additives)

End of Flower, Entering Harvest: As close to 0 as possible (this is when you'll be flushing your plants, so you don't want there to be a lot of particles leftover)

On my 1st auto grow with Remo nutes also. I agree with Prophetiko. One of my lessons is don't use too strong a nute solution especially at first or you may get leaf burn or even build to a lockout. I am running at 1/4 to 1/3 strength into early flower and things are stable. ppm near 500-600.
Good luck on the grow. Great help here in the forum.

ive used remo for a couple of years now also lots of Mephisto strains im running 3 now as it goes anyhow do not stick to the online schedule you will burn the shit out of your girls i n veg i would be looking at no more than 1.5ml a litre of water and an ec of say 1.4 you will be fine with that unless you see there hungry and maybe add little more calmag or at 2ml a litre and as we approach into flower i start off at around the same 1.4 ec going up to 1.7 if they seem hungry also if you went with the hydroponics instead of the coco in the guide that would be closer to were id like to be and if you need anything else just ask my friend :bighug::pass::d5:
@St. Tom your a remo guy arent you any tips
thanks for the tag :pass::cheers: i should be able to help

Thank very much to everyone who responded, especially Prophetico, and St. Tom.
I really appreciate the detailed answers with #'s, it's been so helpful!
@St. Tom, any suggestions on coco brands, and perlite ratios (have to order online regardless, dont want to have to mess with brick coco)? Also running Remo a lot do you add anything else to your coco mix?

I use canna coco pro or canna coco /clay pebbles I wouldn't bother with bricks to save a couple of quid also I dont bother with microbes ect just keep it simple growbro here are a few specimens I have the 2 tall ones are the fantasimo Express in solo cups 20191207_193035.jpg20191207_193000.jpg20191207_192950.jpg

Yup exactly what I'm looking, a "no wash" coco.

Sorry if it's a dumb a question, but why the mix of the 2 cocos, just to make the Canna stretch a bit?

And as far as the brick, you just break a piece off and rehydrate it? If that is the case I might skip brick coco just becuz I'm so new to all of this gardening stuff I may try and avoid brick coco just for simplicity, and maybe more just piece of mind? I realize that may sound really dumb but I guess I'm just trying to eliminate as many "dumb beginner" variables.

Bagged (no washing needed) Canna coco and Plain Jane Big Boy Pants bagged (also no washing needed). Right now I am using Coco Loco mixed with Big Boy Pants and Perlite. You can add around 30% Perlite.

Thanks again ST. Bob!!! Looking good in solocups

I'm trying to keep it as simple as possible. So you would say 3 gallon would be fine for Fantasmo and Chemdogging?

Also do many pf you start your seeds in there final container, or Solo Cup, or Rockwool than transfer? It seems soak/paper towel method then into final container would be the simplest way to go about it.

3 gallons seems to be "In The Wheelhouse" for coco. So very many like 3 gallon and 2 gallon as well.

I soak my seeds for about 24 hours in shot glasses on a heating pad, then they go to the paper towel method. I also have coco pellets to germ with as well. The paper towel method has served me well overall. The easiest is dropping seeds directly to pot. It generally takes a little longer for the tap root to pop up. Exercise patience.
