As of day 12, I bumped up my base nutrients. The girls weren't nearly as green as I like, so I figured a bit more nitrogen would help. They are all growing at their own paces, but I'm not sweating it as I have had my runts end up being the largest plants by the end.

Day 20

Lights just came on an hour ago and the girls are slowly starting to perk back up. The two larger/bushier girls in the front, I have tied all of the flower sites and pulled them out a bit for direct light. I'm experimenting and raised my lights from 26" up to 30" since my node spacing is an inch at most in between.
