Thanks TGB! I actually got the chance to vape a bit of it today, and it is coming along quite nicely. It is a sad state of the commercial cannabis industry that my premature autoflower northern lights is of higher quality/potency than what passes for high grade around here.

Quite a bit more pistil development from yesterday and the buds are picking up some more weight the last couple of days, they're almost starting to look swollen. Speaking of swollen more calyx swelling taking place from when I last said they were popping out. I can't be sure but I think I may get done some time between now and my planned harvest date of the 19th, at least for the bulk of the tops from Thing 1, the rest may go a bit longer along with the bottoms since I'm going to be doing a staggered harvest. One of these future grows I think I will put the standard of "never lollipop autos" to a test to see for myself because it's kind of a drag doing a staggered harvest when I know the damage to the stems from the first harvest is a limiting factor as well, so which limiting factor has the greatest impact, the one in veg, or the one in late flowering? A question worthy of an answer. Anyway, that's what I've got for today.

Oh hell yeah dude!!! Those things are swelling indeed!! I bet if you can ride it out patiently for the next week or so, then you will be much MUCH happier!!!!!!! I guarantee you won't be disappointed anyway, because even if you screwed something up at this point, you could still chop and have an impressive take!!

Thanks man, yeah, I'm not planning on taking them before Friday, but more likely Saturday or Sunday. My aim is to see some amber trichomes before I harvest so I can be sure it has a nice body stone on it to help with pain and insomnia so hopefully that will happen in the next 5-7 days, but if not I'll take whatever gets to that standard and leave whatever doesn't.

The rest I'm trying to get the best possible balance of head and body so I am still coherent enough to write code, but comfortable enough to stay in my chair if that makes sense.

When I got back from work today I saw a big jump in bud size, especially the middle of the plant. I'm thinking I might not make it to Saturday but we'll see where it lands because for right now I have zero amber trichomes, though I only checked a few buds I'll do a more thorough pass in a bit. I'll post some pics up in a bit, I'm planning to take them out of the tent and get some good plant/bud/trichome shots. I'm nearing the end of my post work vapeload so running out of words...... Peace.
