New Grower Medi's Medical grow

.: Day 42 :.

Been a few days since I posted, and the flowers are starting to fill in. Every top has started flowering, and I'm seeing some pretty decent growth out of Thing 1's primary branches. Thing 2 seems to be just iterating on the direction she's been going, in other words just more of the same type of growth, but she's still the stronger of the two which is great considering what she's been through. I was playing around with different light to help bring out actual blooms in photos, and neither flash, nor 5000K CFL, nor LED was really making them pop so I decided LED was the *most* light I could get and from there I could just try to pull as much magenta out of the resulting photo as I could, and increase the contrast and that should bring out more blooms in the photos. You guys can be the judge of how it turned out, it's a little ugly, but for the purpose it works. Considering the quality of my camera I was really hoping this would be easier.

Last night I watered a couple of hours before lights out with molasses and big bloom, and this morning I woke up to some really happy girls. I'm thinking about just going the rest of the way with just big bloom, molasses, and picking up something like bio thrive. I'll probably order it sometime this week, and then the only other thing I'll need between now and harvest is a pair of fiskars which I'll also be picking up this week. Well, that's what I got for now. Hope you're all enjoying a relaxing Sunday.

Thanks Seasick, I don't know if they'll be monsters but they're definitely starting to put on some weight, they have another month to pack it on if they're on schedule so we'll see I guess.

Wow, Medi....

Spreading out and up very nicely, they look solo healthy and the bud sites look like they're getting proper coverage.
Looks like everything is ON TRACK and rollin' along!

My girl is loving the Big Bloom and molasses right now as well.....

You may think about a finisher PK booster though, just to kick the last stage into overdrive...my 2 cents

Thanks Trap, the picture came out pretty bad to be honest but I wanted to capture the actual blooms. I'm going to go downstairs and see if I can get a better shot with an external light. edit: Attaching a more natural shot of them. They're almost getting too spread out to get into the shot with the angle I normally use.

I've heard a lot of mixed things on finishers and pk boosters. I was thinking of just picking up the Bio Thrive bloom and using molasses and big bloom the rest of the way, figuring that if I go with organic products the rest of the grow the finished product will taste cleaner. That's why I stopped using the Tiger Bloom. If it costs me trichomes or a litlte size I won't be too upset. Next grow will be all organic, and I'm starting to lean toward Dinafem auto white widow. I was deciding between Dinafem, Royal Queen, and Dutch Passion and decided to try Dinafem out because I've been seeing a few really good grows of it. Anyway I'm getting off track again :) What if any finishers or PK boosters are you using on yours?

Make sure to follow those Dinafem XXL grows...those seem pretty promising:)

I'm using FF Beastie Bloomz soluble (0-50-30) now (as of last night), and will finish with FF Cha-Ching (9-50-10)...both in VERY minuscule quantities. :)

I certainly understand your redirect towards organic though....

Nice scrog! I wanted to do it but I don't quite understand the principle sp I pussied out. It holds down fan leaves? Or you use the net to tie the plant down? Ill do some more research. Nice grow, subbed :Sharing One:

It's a form of LST (very L) it allows you to position the bud sites further away from each other to achieve better light coverage and an even canopy....
