Photoperiod Mark’s MedicGrow LED + KNF grow

Well so far so good! Light is about 48” over plants still at 80% and no stretching or anything happening so no complaints here! Plants are digging the FOLD 8 light much more then the old qb lights I rocked for a while! :headbang:

Both will also get topped in the coming days! Gave em a spray with some captain Jack’s today just cuz I’m paranoid I’m gonna wind up bringing mites in from wherever the source is outside that’s giving tomato plants issues! Sure hope not and ordering some hypoaspis miles but also some predator mites that eat spider mites so they can eat any invaders and if none they can spread out to kill any colonies nearby that could cause an outbreak!

Also gonna hit up the local worm ranch cuz her castings have tons of beneficial bugs that’ll also help keep invaders outta the tent! :woohoo1:
:vibe:
Looks so great!!

Well due to self imposed issues I had been slacking on updating the plants cuz really didn’t do much for a bit besides get really lime green! Had food in soil but built it light so started adding in the knf stuff but plants just kept getting lighter! Not sure if it was all watering related or what but a light topdressing to the back right 1 along with a few foliars (she had Mg issues too) but got here back on track so went ahead and gave the other 3 the same topdressing no then just doing water only until they start to look hungry in bloom and then I’ll add me in a flower food for them! Think my knf regimen is gonna work best starting from totally neutral soil base! Regardless at least they are all now back on track and looking waaaay better! :headbang:

This was about a week ago before topdress!

Already looking much better and they are finally getting flipped to bloom tonight! Was gonna top em all a 3rd time first but I waited too long and don’t want plants buzzing the light fixture again!

I think that was 8 weeks of vegging... They must be halfway done or so?
Ya but 3 weeks they were kinda stalled cuz I was trusting a damn $15 moisture meter when my blumat 1 I ordered never arrived! Had to get refund from PayPal and tossed el cheapo aside and went with my gut! According to it I only needed to water once a damn week whereas they really needed the same amount of water but every 3 days! Once I figured it out they started moving again once I got the hunger issue corrected! If I remember correctly they range from 8-10 weeks flowering time on them so not too long…..

BUT JUST LONG ENOUGH I WILL PROB BE OUTTA BUDS BY THEN!!!! :cuss: :(

I just counted and it’s been 56 days since they stood up so ya exactly 8 weeks! Sprouted 7/17-18!

Did you find a better moisture meter? I'm still using a single-probe cheapo, probably holding my girls back.

BTW, Hanna Instruments sent me another pH meter, no questions, even though the first one probably died because I let the probe dry out.

Ya they seem to be on point on the warranty dept as well! Luckily mines still working like a champ! I hold it so it keeps that glass conical tip off the bottom cuz don’t want it sitting on or tapping against more glass but it even works in solutions too! I used it on my em5 to make sure it was ready!

You shouldn't need the bamboo poles for the Garlic Sherbert.

It’s really not tied off on those 2 I put em in just in case I needed to spread it a lil to let light penetrate into canopy better! As of now hasn’t been any need to tie it off cuz been growing fairly open on their own! :d5:

8 weeks of veg scaring me away from photos >.< i'm kidding, once u flip em they should explode.
Keep up the good work and post a little more i miss reading your stuff. good luck bro.

With earthbox I didn’t need to get the feel for how much water to give em so was more like 4-5 week veg time! Once a week watering for almost 3 weeks really slowed em down! Think I need to go get a refund on the lil digital moisture meter I bought from ace hardware! :crying:
