[HASHTAG]#Sauceday[/HASHTAG]. The hot Italian sausage marinating in it to spice it up. Any wine pairing suggestions?

Alot of you are great cooks unfortunately I am not, but I know where to get great food. From Sugarfire my favorite BBQ spot.

It is smoked turkey, pork, brisket with bacon, blue cheese coleslaw, and fried zucchini slices.

:crisps: y'all are killin' me!:thumbsup::thumbsup:

--@hecno :d5: -- oh man, do those look yummy! Whip up some bacon fat/milk gravy, roasted 'tater's, Blue cheese salad,...... or, for something deliciously different, season up the meat with a blend of paprika, a chili powder of choice, pepper and a little brown sugar or maple syrup, and give them a very quick pan-browning (add sugar/syrup at last minute to avoid burning, but allow a bit of caramelizing)... :headbang: the heat and sweet combo is super tasty!

>> hey Spaghett', show us some finished dishes mate, the sauce looks lonely in there,..

>> IG :eyebrows: niiice! I'll take a plate of that any day, stick-to-your-ribs comfort food all the way...:wiz:

>> Holy crap AJ', talk about a gut-bomb! :haha:  did they offer you a ride home after eating it? ...looks like instant food coma to me--- *slobber*.....

First attempt at a whole stuffed cabbage , bloody nice , filling -- diced bacon -onion - mushroom fried then mixed with cheese stuffed into hole and layer of cheese on top , outside a butter and mustard mix brushed all around . wrapped in foil and cooked for 3 1/2 hours on the BBQ .
