Had some leftover cranberries from a pork chop dish I tried back around Thanksgiving I needed to figure out something to do with.

I have been hammered at work for months and the wife and I have cut back on our fine dining adventures for a while. But it's her b-day Saturday and we hitting a real nice local joint in town. If I'm not too blown... with I probably will be I'll snap a few pics

KAOS Sushi roll, tuna, crab salad, avocado ,green onions, spicy sauce , sambal chili paste

PARMESAN CATCH Gulf caught snapper, parmesan crusted, chef’s risotto, sautéed asparagus

And a wedge salad
