Told you you would fill up the memory card and your belly on the ship . I just bought some Escargot but have not fixed them yet.

Escargot never had it before so we tried it.

Not really something I'd eat again. The only flavor you get is the garlic butter. I missed taking pics of the Ceviche and I really enjoyed that in I could have that everyday.

So...thoughts? I have had escargots a few times, but I did it myself. My old grocery store had em from a third party and they were all cleaned and ready to go in the broiler. They had a butter and white wine sauce with basil and garlic and it was jammed on top of em. Me and my kids thought they were great. Had a seafood vibe, and the sauce was money. Even the price was decent at about $6 for a dozen. Just curious on your thoughts. I had a couple questions.

Mainly, what exactly is this sammich:

It looks downright criminal. As a self proclaimed sammich connoisseur, I give that bomber a 9.5/10 without even tasting it. It just looks 'right' and done with expert care. Please tell me it was as good as it looks, lol. From what I can see, it looks like a chicken breast and burger mashup...which is GREAT if ya never had it, but then again, it could be something totally different.

This little filet is looking impossibly delicious, with a bechamel sauce maybe? Or butter...or Hollandaise? Whatever it was, it looks LONG gone.

I love to try other people's tacos. I can't say I've ever really had a bad taco, and everyone does em different. These look marvelous.

This cute little salad is screaming to eat me. I fucking LOVE a good salad with multiple kinds of lettuce. So good. Is this a chicken Caesar salad?

I remember how when I was younger I never liked salad. I would get it exactly once a year on my birthday at Ded Lobster. They had a great Caesar salad with an upgrade option to add shrimp for a small fee. I would get the original Ultimate Feast with the king crab upgrade from the snow crabs, butterflied fried shrimp, Red Lobsters OLD famous shrimp scampi and broiled rock lobster tail. And we would split the New England Appetizer Sampler with the lobster stuffed mushrooms, bacon wrapped scallops and fried clams with some bangin tartar sauce. Ordered that meal a dozen times probably. I made the mistake of going back a few years ago. It was not even close. Half the menu was changed....almost EVERYTHING was different. The butterflied fried shrimp were way smaller, the 'new' shrimp scampi...which used to be one of my all time favorites...was nowhere near how it should have been. Even the shrimp Caesar salad was cheaped out with what seemed like canned shrimp. Red Lobster is not what it used to be. The Cheddar Bay biscuits (which you can get at BJs now in a box) are still the same at least. If ya make the cheddar bays at home, the secret is to use double the cheddar it calls for. It makes all the difference and is much closer to how they are at the restaurant.

How was the rabbit? Never had that.
This chicken parm...yes please.

That was the Ringer burger cheese burger with bacon, onion ring, donkey sauce and bourbon bbq sauce. We ate alot of burgers each day as they were all great. That was their Chicken Caesar salad, Veal Parmesan. Then when the burrito/taco place was open had that for breakfast and some late lunches. The braised rabbit was ok. Not the same as if you'd make it at home.
