Starting to get the Xmas menu going. Dessert is ready.....

Spiced rum and eggnog bundt cake. And just because I had the stuff on hand I made up some strawberry Bailey's Irish ice cream.

Holiday dinner was simple but yummy.

Prime rib roast that turned out sooooo goooood. Little mashed potatoes, cornbread dressing, gravy, and a nice little salad. mmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!
