Do it. Straight up throw back to 1957. Serve it with some nice cheese fondue with some bakery bread hunks for dipping and a Jell-O ring mold with fresh fruit for a serious blast from the past that still stands today.Thinking about trying a crown roast for Xmas since I'm not sure I want to do turkey again, and have never had one. Anyone ever tried one? Worth the hassle?
