Looks delicious as it's been awhile since I've had any BBQ. Last time we had some we end up making a low carb bbq sauce to use since most of family is diabetic.
It is not the sugar in the BBQ sauce that causes blood sugar problems. You may get a small spike but it will go away in short order. It is the bread, pasta, potatoes or rice you eat with the meal that sends your Blood Glucose over the moon for many hours sometimes even a whole day. If I eat any complex carbs it is before 3 PM and then I limit the serving size.

Boneless BBQ Ribs dinner w/ pork fried rice and and a pork eggie. This place has been killing it for 25+ years.

Hey doc what do you think the 6 french fry Harvard Prop. would say about that meal?

That looks like a meal I can get at a "Hawaiian BBQ Place" near hear.
