The kids won't even let it simmer and develop. They already eating it haha.

Personally. I'll be more interested in the hoppers and swimmers. Legs and filets.
And the chili. Lol it's proper too. But damned it's been too long since I had some hoppers .

Dat Duggy Do make some lovely little NY style pies. Looks like a proper brick oven crust from an artisan style pizza shop. I will take mine Margharita style with some fresh basil and a proper sun dried tomato marinara with some fresh whole milk mozz and some proper dry pepperoni in a natural casing. Bam. Go.
