....I'm a hump :baghead: so behind here,.... As usual, the foods posted here are off the charts delish looking! :worship: ... I must execute the PYHO maneuver promptly and get my pics in too! @Duggy, forget the damn seeds, send me thet eggy pizza! I love a fried egg on my left over pizza :drool:,.. that's takes it up a notch- :d5:

Simple pleasures are the best type meal....

Some taters, carrot, onion and andouille sausage tossed with some olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, garlic, and Cajun seasoning. Roasted at 400-425 for about an hour in a lightly greased 3qrt oven dish, stirring a couple times. I tossed on a pan of yellow cornbread to go with it. For future runs at this I'm thinking a little fried okra on the side would have rounded out the meal perfectly. :smoking:
