Afternoon @Bill.de.Cat ...how you feeling.....?...... I'm doing the sick notes....

Felt rather good today, still the tired weakness, got a few inside things done and stayed in till about 11 till it warmed above 65. Then moed oerations to the outside front porch and sat in the sun most the day with my left foot propped up. If it's the blood thinner doing it, they gonna hae to figure out another one cause only shoes I can get on is my house slippers and thats a bit of a pain. Supposed to get into 70's tomorrow so I guess I'll do some laundry. The London broil turned out to be a thin top round, did it the same and just cut down on time.Falling apart taking it out the crock but it's so good. She of course complained I didn't season the hell out of it. A little salt, a little pepper and just beef boulion water covering it. Can actually taste meat and no problem giving a taste to the dogs.
