Thanks.Those UA do get big.Grew one in one of those pyramid bonded coco thingies and got 16.6 oz. Similar structure to his plant but smaller.
In my 48 years of working (I use working loosely), when I trained a newbie, i always start by telling them there's 10 different ways to do something, what's important is having the same outcome. Then there is that small group that my way is the only way. Head strong attitudes dont make friends.

..got any Plans.....?......The usual here! Mom had a big ass market this morning! Last one of the year for this spot! Next weekend its a 2 day one but its indoors and don’t gotta setup both days! Get to leave her booth setup overnight cuz the place has security that stays overnight!
Hard to tell with the glare but this place had the back lot filled like usual but also front parking lot had prob another 15 or so vendors set up! Luckily pops was off today so he helped a little with the unload! He conveniently took his time putting shoes on last night so i had all but 6 cases loaded already! She takes over 20 totes of product so i def did the majority of it!
