Good Morfnoevight All! EO. Might as well make it a TB I have been straight so long

I am really loving the new EV so far, it has "One Pedal" driving where depressing the accelerator speeds the car up, letting up on the accelerator slows the car down as it generates power to feed back into the battery. Most of the time I do not even touch the brake pedal, unless I have misjudged the speed/time to stop.

The electrician will be here in the morning to change the circuits around so I can charge the car at second level.

Last night we had spaghetti with Italian sausage and a fresh greens salad from the garden.

Then for breakfast scallops and shrimp on sale

We ate the last Italian chicken sausage last night and we are down to two chicken breakfast patties, so it is time to make chicken sausage again. Sambuca will up your Italian sausage to the next level. 22# of thighs boned and 8# boneless skinless breasts all spiced up now, I will grind it in the morning.
