The last fajitas I had were Fajitas De Carne de Res Con Chile Poblano, strips of steak grilled with sliced Poblano peppers, accompanied by corn tortillas, beans, yellow rice and salad with sour cream. It was so good I forgot to take a picture. I never heard of fruit fajitas.
