When I was in Quebec I tried asking directions in English, and everybody shrugged like they didn't understand me. So I tried my bad French I learned on the docks of Haiti and Saint Barthélemy. As soon as I said, "Bonjour monsieur," right away they would switch to perfect English.I don’t know @Mara Cachafa
The move might be to NOT learn the language…. Then you can just assume everyone is happy and non-complaining. Ignorance may very well be bliss in this situation.
I live and grew up on the US/Mexico border. I have seen this same practice many times, but with Spanish/English. Im lucky my Spanish is good enough to get by lolWhen I was in Quebec I tried asking directions in English, and everybody shrugged like they didn't understand me. Any photoperiod growers in here still, years back I think there was a section for it, but I wasn't able to find one today. Seen some chat but not a complete look through section.
Is there still one? Thanks
