It was everything I hoped it would be, perfect toasted muffin with lots of butter, chicken breakfast sausage, cheddar cheese and an egg fried over easy. The Long Black was excellent today.


I get the Oatley GF Salted Caramel and have a really hard time stopping at a third of the container.

Those muffins look great.

I take refugee kids trick-or-treating in the suburbs where they give more candy. The deal always was, since I pay for gas, they had to hand over the Rreese's chocolate peanut butter cups as my comishion. I finally had to give up eating all those Reese's, my body can't deal with the sugar overdose anymore. I still take the kids, but I eat dinner before we go, and I only eat a couple of Reese's.

What everyone do for bud washing? I think I remember doin something with peroxide and lemon juice but i can't remember. I mean I definitely bought that stuff to do it but I don't remember if i did anything or not
