Body goals: 175lbs at 10-12% body fat with a bit of drift up to 15%

This is Chris Dickerson at 175 and probably single digit body fat. I'm not going for stage ripped. Just visible abs %

Yep. I'm putting enough stress on the organs so I give them a break from all the fun stuff until I'm back to "normal."

I like to do things on hardcore setting.
I would argue the relaxation and anti inflammatory properties would help with recovery more than stress anything else…. But that’s just me :pass: :weed:

I was always just a skull crusher…. Trained mostly power lifting/strongman stuff…. Max pr bench was a tad over 500…. I was about 245 lbs solid when my injury occurred (military shite) ….. it’s probably the only thing that kept me alive…. I was a big solid dude, all the muscle held me together…. Ended up with two broken vertebrae, and multiple herniated disc’s….instead of a broken spine. Blessings, I suppose….
