I was always just a skull crusher…. Trained mostly power lifting/strongman stuff…. Max pr bench was a tad over 500…. I was about 245 lbs solid when my injury occurred (military shite) ….. it’s probably the only thing that kept me alive…. I was a big solid dude, all the muscle held me together…. Ended up with two broken vertebrae, and multiple herniated disc’s….instead of a broken spine. Blessings, I suppose….
