Too much nitrogen? leaves look dark in the center and I see clawing

Iron, Manganese, zinc, or copper deficiency, or lockout from too much phosphorus, assuming PH isn't causing lockout.

I'm trying a new veg fertilizer 4-5-6, I was thinking lockout too. But I'm always careful about PH. So I'm stumped.

The lighting is deceiving, cause the plant is very dark green, and does show signs of N toxicity, It's my Duke plant, it does not seem handle N very well.
