I was never a great sleeper anyway, either….. then the pain+ptsd started and it was all over….
And like you say, nothing works, really. The best I’ve found, is when you can’t sleep, stay in bed, and do breath work meditation…. It’s at least some type of rest…. Plus I think it helps in other areas of life…. Or that’s what I tell myself anyway
Start with a ball of ground beef about the size of your fist…. Place it in a bit of oil on a hot griddle , or in a pan ….using a piece of parchment paper and a spatula, smash the burger thin…. And leave it until well carmelized and flip….
Hasn’t really started to change much here yet… slightly cooler is all… this is just the normal pattern for me, unfortunately. I’ll get two or three decent nights sleep (4-6 hours) a month…. The rest is pure shite
