If I save it as a screenshot and add it work as normal. Straight up iPhone picture it doesn’t. I’m guessing file size 1.8mb vs 8.1mb

What's the file format? The forum software (out of my hands until we update) doesn't support some of the weird formats common day phones are using, like HEVC (will error out every time.)
