Anyone have any recommendations as to how many grams of kief per stick of butter? I've seen anything from 1-5 grams on the net, thats a hell of a big difference, I want a good buz, not be comatose.

How much flower you typically use? Kief should be a little stronger then flower so just little less then you would use for flower. I use left over pucks so I have never done it

I dont use flower, I never made edibles before.
