When lowering the lights do you Dude's and Dudette's turn up the intensity of them at the same time or is it better to let'em adjust first & then turn the dimmer up?..if that makes any sense!?

I leave my light at maximum height and just adjust the dimmer. This gives more light to lower growth.

I hate adjusting my light height so much that I don't do it and just adjust dimmer

Doesn’t he have 2 smaller lights vs the big strip fixtures like we have? I agree ours are a pain to raise and lower! Especially me having the fce8000 in a 4x4!
