Well things are finally setting in nice mossy, thanks for asking! I got over being sick and got all my energy back, I am on fire working all day, assembling building and planning all night except for a good night's rest. Of course. Course. Great to see things finally coming together, it's been 35 years of dreamed of building this, and now finally I can do it! 35 years is a long time to have a dream! How are things on your end? How is John?

Farmed salmon is pretty nasty! Dies and all kinds of other stuff you don't want to know! Talapia. stay far far away!

There was a study a while back about contaminants in salmon. It turns out that wild-caught salmon is way lower in mercury, PCB's, etc. than farm-raised. Even though parts of the ocean are pretty contaminated. At least wild-caught salmon isn't feeding on by-products from the slaughter-house, or whatever else is the cheapest feed at the moment.
